The next phases of the St. Ann’s Masterplan in Tottenham have been granted planning approval. Phases 1B and 2 comprise 464 new homes across nine apartment buildings and fourteen family houses, ranging in height from three to nine storeys. 73% of the new homes will be at affordable tenures, including 58 homes for a local Community Led Housing group.
These are the latest phases to achieve planning approval within our wider St. Ann’s Masterplan which will deliver 995 new homes, the refurbishment of heritage buildings providing community uses, and new landscaping and garden spaces.
